Chris Heimburg, rhythm guitar and vocals, combines
“…the best tone in town” with over 40 years’ experience playing and singing
blues. He has led bands in California and New York and worked with such
luminaries as Little Sammy Davis, Bill Perry and Slam Allen. He carries
on a tradition, laying down the riffs and driving rhythms reminiscent of the
great blues rhythm guitarists - Robert Lockwood Jr., Jimmy Rogers, Eddie
Taylor, and Luther Tucker. But when it’s time to “step out” you’ll
hear solo work laced with the feel of T-Bone Walker, Sammy Lawhorn and Hubert
Sumlin.
Lead guitar
is handle by Kenny ‘Blue’ Ray or Gustavo Rodriquez
Kenny ‘Blue’ Ray is a blues veteran
of 40 years who has played with and recorded behind a who’s who of blues stars,
including Albert Collins, Big Joe Turner, Big Mama Thornton, Gary Smith, Hollywood
Fats, James Cotton, James Harman, Little Charlie and the Nightcats, Lowell
Fulsom, Marcia Ball, Mitch Woods, Charlie Musselwhite, Rod Piazza, Ronnie Earl,
Pee Wee Crayton, Tommy
Castro, and William Clarke. Kenny has
appeared on thirty three CD's and albums since he began his music career.
Kenny's major influences are Albert King, Albert Collins, B.B. King, Freddie King, Jimi Hendrix, John Lee Hooker, Johnny "Guitar" Watson, Kenny Burrell, T-Bone Walker, Robert Lockwood, Jr., and Wes Montgomrey. While he may pay tribute to artists he admires, and you'll easily recognize the influences, everything comes out of the amp sounding like pure Kenny 'Blue' Ray. His smoldering instrumentals allow him to stretch out and demonstrate his virtuosity in a variety of blues styles.

Gustavo Rodriquez, from Lima Peru, has
played lead guitar for over 15 years. When you see him play you’ll
understand one of the reasons the ladies nicknamed him “Fingers”. His
lightning speed, scorching leads, and mellow passing chords remind listeners of
some of Gustavo’s main influences – Buddy Guy, Albert King, and Jody Williams.
The band's rhythm section is comprised of leading bass players and drummers in the area and may include, among others, Dave Channell, Rick Arnold, Kirby Desha, Joe Lev, Rick Taylor, Leigh Lunetta, Vern Foster, Jimmy Bagshaw, and/or Brad Deveraux.
